Problem Statement

In a market filled with generic pet products, pet parents were yearning for options that reflected their own sense of style, ethics, and the special personality of their pets. This discerning audience sought products that were not only functional but also expressed their dedication to quality, environmental responsibility, and design. Chien de Luxe recognised this need and set out to bridge the gap by offering a range of thoughtfully curated, luxurious pet products that honour the unique bond between pets and their people. Designed with sensitivity to various purchasing motivations—from needs to special occasions and even impulse buys—Chien de Luxe aims to provide sophisticated, high-quality options that align with the ethical values and refined tastes of today’s pet parents.

Creative Solution

To understand the desires, values, and challenges faced by pet parents, we conducted in-depth research through focus groups, and interviews. This data allowed us to develop a brand story that centred around the emotional bond between pets and their owners. We then crafted a brand narrative that reflected the brand's values and aspirations. 

This narrative became the foundation for all subsequent creative decisions. We carefully selected a colour palette that evoked feelings of luxury, sophistication, and empathy, aligning with the brand's core values. Based on the brand narrative and colour palette, we designed a comprehensive brand identity, including visual elements that captured the essence of Chien de Luxe. We developed a range of brand collaterals, including brochures and packaging , that reflected the brand's aesthetic and communicated its message effectively.
